Terms of Use

These are the rules for using Campusio, the app and the website. By creating an account or using Campusio you agree to them.

Last updated November 5, 2026.

Who runs Campusio

Campusio is built and run by Belema, a Conestoga student, based in Ontario, Canada. There is no company behind it. Campusio is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Conestoga College. Reach me at hello@campusio.app.

Who can use it

Campusio is for students aged 18 or older. You need a working email address, and you are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your sign-in codes to yourself.

Dates and study sets can be wrong

Deadlines come from your eConestoga calendar and from classmates, and either can be wrong or out of date. Study sets and podcasts are made by AI, which also makes mistakes. Check the official course page or your instructor before you rely on a date, and check study material against your course. Campusio does not replace either.

Community rules

You agree not to post, share or send anything that:

Community admins can remove content and block members from their community. You can report chat messages, replies and announcements in the app. I review reports and may remove content, limit features or end accounts that break these rules.

What you add

You keep ownership of what you add. By adding a date, an announcement or a chat message, you let Campusio show it to the people who are meant to see it, for example the followers of that course, with your first name. Your eConestoga items are only ever shown to you. You are responsible for what you add, and you confirm you have the right to add it.

Study material

The Semester Pass

Deadlines and communities are free. The study helper has a free demo, a one-time study set and a short podcast, and the Semester Pass unlocks more. At the time of writing the pass includes up to 60 study sets and 30 podcast minutes a month. These limits can change, and I will tell you in the app before they do.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. See how to delete your account. I can suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or harms other students, and I will give a reason when I can.

The service as it is

Campusio is provided as it is, and it may be unavailable, change or stop. To the extent the law allows, I am not responsible for missed deadlines, wrong dates, mistakes in AI-made material, lost data or indirect losses from using Campusio. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

Your information

How Campusio handles your information is in the Privacy page.

Changes and the law

I may update these terms. If a change matters, the app tells you before it applies. Using Campusio after that means you accept the change. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
