Delete your account
You can delete your Campusio account and everything tied to it at any time. You do not need to give a reason.
Last updated November 5, 2026.
Cancel a paid subscription first
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. If you have the Semester Pass, cancel it first or you may keep being charged.
- Bought on iPhone: App Store subscriptions.
- Bought on Android: Google Play subscriptions.
- Bought on the web: use the link in your receipt email.
Delete it yourself
In the app: open Settings, tap Delete account, and confirm. The app signs you out and your data is deleted straight away.
On the web: sign in at app.campusio.app, open Settings, choose Delete account, and confirm.
Ask me to delete it
If you cannot sign in, email hello@campusio.app from the address you signed up with and say you want your account deleted. I will confirm by reply once it is done, within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile, email address and first name.
- Your eConestoga calendar link and the deadlines that came from it.
- The dates you added, your confirmations and your flags. Dates you added disappear for your classmates too.
- Your communities, courses followed, consents, sessions and devices.
- Your feedback and its screenshots, and your usage events.
- Your study material, study sets, shared sets and podcasts, including the audio files.
- Your chat sign-in and the chat threads you started, with their replies, and the replies you wrote elsewhere.
- Your usage data in PostHog. PostHog removes it in a background job, which can take a few days.
What stays
- Announcements you posted stay in the community, without your name.
- If you were the only admin of a community, the longest-standing member becomes admin. If you were the only member, the community is deleted.
- A payment record stays for accounting. Nothing in it links back to you.
