Support
Campusio is built and supported by one person, a Conestoga student. Write to me and I will reply as soon as I can.
Say which phone or browser you use and what you saw. Do not send your eConestoga password or your calendar link. I will never ask for them.
I did not get my sign-in code
- Check spam or junk, and wait a minute before asking for a new code.
- Make sure the address has no typos. Use the same address each time.
- If it still does not arrive, email me from that address and I will look into it.
Connecting my eConestoga calendar
Campusio asks for your eConestoga calendar feed link, not your password. If the link is refused, copy it again from eConestoga and check that it starts with https. A failed sync never removes your deadlines, and the app tells you when the last sync is old.
A date looks wrong
Dates come from eConestoga and from classmates, and either can be wrong. Flag the date in the app so everyone in the course sees the flag, and check the official course page or your instructor before you rely on it.
My subscription
- Bought in the iPhone app: manage or cancel it in your App Store subscriptions.
- Bought in the Android app: manage or cancel it in your Google Play subscriptions.
- Bought on the web: use the link in your receipt email to manage or cancel it.
- Bought but not unlocked: sign in with the same account you used to buy, then use Restore purchases in the app. If that does not work, email me.
Details on renewals, trials and refunds are in the Terms of Use.
Deleting my account
You can delete your account yourself, or ask me to. See how to delete your account. Cancel a paid subscription first, because deleting your account does not cancel it.
Reporting something in a community
Use the report option on a chat message, reply or announcement in the app. I review reports and remove content that breaks the Terms of Use. Community admins can also remove content and block members from their community.
Instructors and copyright holders
If study material in Campusio is yours and you want it removed, email hello@campusio.app with what it is and where you saw it. Campusio keeps only the text a student extracts from their own upload, and shares only generated study sets, never original files.
