Privacy
This covers the Campusio waitlist website. It says plainly what is collected, why, and what you can do about it.
Last updated October 10, 2026.
Who is responsible
Campusio is built by Belema, a Conestoga student. There is no company behind it, and it is not affiliated with Conestoga College. You can reach me at hello@campusio.app about anything on this page, and that is also where privacy requests go.
What the waitlist collects
- Your email address, when you join.
- Optional details, if you add them: what kind of phone you use, and whether you would test an early version.
- Where you came from. The campaign link you used, the page that sent you, and the invite code of the classmate who shared Campusio with you, if any.
- A record of consent. The date you joined and which wording of the consent line you saw.
You can join with only an email address. Everything else is optional.
Why
- To email you when testing opens and when Campusio launches.
- To decide whether Campusio needs an iPhone app, an Android app or both first.
- To choose a small group of early testers.
- To see which of my posters and group chats are working.
Where it is stored
- Neon hosts the database, in the US East (N. Virginia) region.
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Resend sends the emails.
These providers operate internationally, so your data is stored and processed outside Canada, in the United States.
Analytics
The public pages use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not track you across sites. It only records visits to the home page and this page, not the page where you remove yourself, and it does not see what you type into the form.
What Campusio does not do
No advertising, no selling or sharing your information, and no asking for your eConestoga password.
How long it is kept
Until you remove yourself or the waitlist closes. When the waitlist closes, everything on it is deleted.
Removing yourself
Every email from Campusio has a link that deletes your row completely. It is deleted, not hidden. You can also email hello@campusio.app and I will remove you by hand.
